        In the death certificate is written that the deceased was widower of Grada Aleida Berendina Reugebrink. This is incorrect, because Grada is the wife of his son Johan Lammert. The former wife in question is Elsken Johanna Wansink, the mother of the aforementioned son. The deceased was living in te same house as his son and daughter-in-law at the time of his death.
